Success Stories

Strategic partnerships that bring Beotanics' plant science from the lab to the field — and into global markets.

NativaLand — Sweet Potato Joint Venture

In 2016, Beotanics established a joint venture sweet potato operation with Portuguese company Orientempo to form NativaLand. Based in the Alentejo region of Portugal, NativaLand produces high-quality sweet potatoes for European markets. The operation leverages Beotanics' crop development expertise with ideal growing conditions in southern Portugal, creating a reliable, sustainable supply chain.

FitzGerald Nurseries Collaboration

Beotanics' long-standing collaboration with FitzGerald Nurseries, a specialist young plant producer based in Ireland, provides the foundation for propagation and scale-up. This partnership allows Beotanics to move seamlessly from laboratory development to commercial-scale production, supporting consistent supply of new crop varieties across European and North American markets.
